POLICES & PROCEDURES:
1. Rate Structure:
GM and Owner must sign and approve the Rate structure before rates can be effectively quoted

2. Official Rate Structure & Control:
2.1 All Department and personal concerned must adhere to the Official Rate Structure
2.2 All department and personal concerned must requested prior approval from GM for rates that is not stipulated in the official rate structure

3. Rate Application:
3.1 Sales to handle all rate requestes that requires negotiation to maximize yield
3.2 Sales to ensure all contracted rates must be supported with agreement letter signed and accepted by the company before the rates can be activatie in the  system
3.3 FO to manage all rate requeste for Walk-in
3.4 Sales updated current BAR rates in the hotel website base on hotel occupancy

4. Rate Code & Updates:
4.1 FO/RESV to identify and record Rate Code for each Market Segment in system for accurated information to be captured for next business plan

5. Ăn sáng/ Breakfast
- Room rates are included daily breakfast
- Breakfast is available at 50.000vnd for pass by guest.
- Free for child under 6
- Child from 6-10 will be charged at 50%
- Child over 10 will be charged at full rate.

6. Early check-in or Late check out
- Check-in at 2PM. Check out 12 noon
- Check-in before 8AM, surchage 100% of the room rate for 1 night. Check-in from 8AM to 2PM, surcharge 50% of the room rate for 1 night
- Check-out after 12 noon and before 6PM, surcharge 50% of the room rate for 1 night. Check-out after 6PM, surcharge 100% of the room rate for 1 night

7. Children Policies
7.1 FOC for maximum 01 child under 6 years old (share same bed with parents) included Breakfast. From 2nd child surcharge at 200.000vnd(share same bed with parents, included breakfast)
7.2 Child from 6-10 years old will be surcharge 200.000vnd (share bed with parent, included breakfast)
